FOUNDERS

Lindsay McCormick is a producer, broadcaster, journalist, and entrepreneur whose career spans sports media and business. She has hosted marquee events including The Super Bowl and Mayweather vs. Pacquiao for Showtime, and her writing has appeared in Newsweek, Esquire, and ESPN The Magazine. Lindsay co-hosted Sports Illustrated’s first business show, “The Bag with Rashad Jennings and Lindsay McCormick,” and has led entrepreneurial ventures with ePlay Digital Inc. and Glosslab. She also served as a judge and mentor for multiple seasons of Entrepreneur Magazine’s hit show “Elevator Pitch” and was named to the Houston Chronicle’s list of “Houston’s Most Fascinating People.” In 2023, she co-founded Midnight Chimes with filmmaker-actor Caleb Alexander Smith. Their inaugural production, Forelock, sets a standard of bold, auteur-driven storytelling.

Caleb Alexander Smith is a director, writer, and actor based in Los Angeles. As an actor, he’s appeared in “Brooklyn Nine-Nine,” “Modern Family,” and will next recur in Ryan Murphy’s “All’s Fair,” starring Naomi Watts and Glenn Close. Forelock marks his solo directorial debut, developed in collaboration with David Krumholtz (Oppenheimer), cinematographer Roberto Schaefer, ASC, AIC (Stranger Than Fiction), and casting directors Kerry Barden and Paul Schnee (Spotlight). Inspired by years of being mistaken for a certain caped icon on Hollywood Boulevard, Smith wrote, directed, and stars in the film — a dark comedy that blends personal experience with sharp cultural satire and showcases his sardonic take on modern American life.
